Booking Deposit Policy

To secure your permanent jewelry appointment, a $25 booking deposit is required at the time of booking.

Due to an increasing number of no-shows and unconfirmed appointments, this deposit helps us reserve your appointment time exclusively for you.

✨ Your $25 deposit will be applied toward your total purchase on the day of your appointment.

Please note:

• The $25 deposit is non-refundable.

• If you cancel, fail to confirm your appointment, or do not show up, the deposit will be retained.

• Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

• By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
